Net 30 days with established credit history. New accounts are COD until credit is established. A 2% finance charge will be accessed on all accounts over 30 days. PRICING & AVAILABILITY All prices quoted are FOB from our farms. Prices are subject to change without written notice. Quantity discounts and commercial grade trees at discounted prices may be offered throughout the season. Call us for a specials quote. Orders are subject to prior sales and availability. FREIGHT & SHIPPING All deliveries will be arranged by Bogue Farms using our most reliable and economical carriers. Full or partial loads can be delivered directly to job site or nursery. Call ahead for estimated freight rates. All loads are COD unless prior arrangements have been made. GUARANTEE All of our trees are graded, measured, and dug to ANA specifications. Trees to be true to name and handled property. After stock leaves our farms, we assume no responsibility for growth, productivity or results obtained in transplanting. Any errors in shipping must made promptly to drivers and owners of Bogue Farms. NURSERY INSPECTIONS All trees grown and dug on our farms have been inspected and certified free of insect and diseases from the Ohio Department of Agriculture / Division of Plant Industry & Plant Pest Control Section. A copy of Certificate of Nursery Inspection will accompany each load. Out of state customers may require additional certificates. Please contact us before shipping.
